The governance agreement and funding framework have been endorsed by the Minister for Environment and the Minister for Energy. The CEFF has now been established, which marks completion of this action.

The governance agreement and funding framework for establishing the CEFF have been finalised.

The objective of the Clean Energy Future Fund is to support implementation of innovative clean energy projects in WA which reduce GHG emissions or support design, deployment, testing or demonstration of projects likely to lead to broad adoption in WA and significant GHG reductions.

The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation is finalizing a Governance Agreement and Funding Framework for the Clean Energy Future Fund, which will be administered jointly by the Minister for the Environment and the Minister for Energy.
